Isabel Hastie
After graduating with a degree in law Isabel worked in London’s legal and financial sectors while successfully renovating and selling homes in London and Cambridge. Her passion for renovation began at university, inspired by watching Sarah Beeny’s 'Property Ladder'.
She started her Cambridge agency to offer a more personal, straightforward service, with professional photos, clear floor plans, and a real focus on the client. Believing in a hands-on approach, she shares her property know-how to help things run smoothly and sees selling homes as a personal journey, not just a transaction

Aside from selling and renovating homes, Isabel won the famous Brompton Bicycle World Championship three times, has run the London Marathon for the NSPCC and completed both Ride100 and Swim Serpentine. She is also a local school governor here in Cambridge helping children with SEN.
She has spent time assisting with research projects in Kibera, Nairobi, supporting children and families affected by HIV and poverty.
Regarding her charitable and voluntary work:

Jordan Chitty
Photography and marketing
Jordan has a BSc in Industrial Design and is a specialist in web and graphic design, running several successful companies in London doing some very techy things!
At our agency you will find Jordan in charge of how your marketing looks; including photography, floor plans and videos. With a keen eye for detail, you can be assured your property’s marketing is in safe hands.
Jordan lives in Chesterton, Cambridge with his family and in his spare time he loves DIY and is currently renovating his house. From building garden studios to under stairs slide-out cupboards, he is a handy person to know!

Working with Isabel for the sale of our house has been an absolute dream. We assumed selling a house in Cambridge while living 300 miles away would be a nightmare but from our first meeting with Isabel she has taken on every aspect required and dealt with each stage of the process promptly and professionally. From generating interest in the property and hosting a hugely successful open weekend, getting us an incredible offer, to arranging for work to be done at the house, additional viewings and anything else that came up. To providing a point of contact with the buyer and their legal representatives, chasing anything outstanding on both sides and always being on hand to answer questions and help gather information. Our whole experience has been excellent, and we cannot recommend Isabel highly enough!

We could not be happier with our decision to instruct Isabel for the sale of our home. Isabel was the fourth estate agent I asked to come and do a valuation and stood out immediately for her friendliness, local knowledge and straightforward approach. Isabel is professional and personable and has put us at ease throughout the process so far, not to mention getting us a great result. We were so pleased with the photos and video taken by Jordan, and both Isabel and Jordan have been respectful of our home at all times. Communication has always been easy and it's felt like we were Isabel's only clients, despite knowing she has several other listings.
